Eli's having a blast this week at Camp Invention...
where Imaginations run wild! It's being hosted at his school and kids from all over the area are attending. The purpose of the camp is to turn kids onto Science by sparking their imaginations. Here's an overview: Camp Invention is a weeklong summer enrichment day program offered in local communities for children entering first through sixth grades. Participating daily in five activity- oriented thematic modules, children enhance their understanding of science, math, history, and the arts while having lots of fun. This exciting program invites children to let their imaginations run wild through teamwork, creative problem solving, and inventive thinking. It's great. Daddy likes it because the Patent and Tradmark Office are sponsors. So...anyways...above are the pictures from Crazy Hat Day...he chose, of course, the Germany soccer hat because he's CRAZY about soccer and the World Cup is going on and blah, blah, blah, poor momma has to listen about soccer ALL THE TIME.... :)
